This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead installation projects, ensure quality workmanship, and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction. As a key player in our field operations, you will oversee installation teams, interpret schematics and HVAC designs, and ensure all work complies with safety standards and industry regulations. Your mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience will be vital in creating comfortable, efficient environments for our clients. Duties Lead and coordinate HVAC installation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project specifications. Read and interpret schematics, HVAC design plans, and technical drawings to accurately install systems. Supervise and mentor installation technicians, providing guidance on best practices, safety procedures, and technical tasks. Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and equipment repair to guarantee optimal operation of HVAC units. Conduct field service visits for maintenance, appliance repair, refrigeration systems including ammonia refrigeration, and property upkeep. Ensure all installations meet local codes, safety standards, and manufacturer specifications. Operate specialized tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing and welding equipment for system fabrication or repair. Skills Extensive construction experience with a strong understanding of mechanical systems and building codes. Proven service technician experience in HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/ Refrigeration) systems. Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams related to HVAC design and plumbing systems. Knowledge of refrigeration systems including ammonia refrigeration units. Mechanical aptitude with experience in equipment repair, boiler maintenance, welding, and property maintenance. Field service expertise with a focus on air conditioning systems and appliance repairs. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; familiarity with driver requirements preferred. Proficiency using tools such as ohmmeters for electrical diagnostics; experience with HVAC/R equipment repair is essential. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on skills in welding, maintenance tasks, and boiler operation. Join us to lead innovative HVAC installations that make a real difference!
