You will serve as a key frontline expert delivering honest, high-quality HVAC repairs and recommendations to homeowners across the region. Impact:
Perform daily on-site diagnostics and repairs for residential furnaces, air conditioning and ductless systems. Deliver accurate repair options and replacement estimates directly to homeowners with an honest, consultative approach. Follow up on open estimates and coordinate with the dispatch team on special-order parts and scheduling for multi-visit projects. Maintain an organized, fully stocked service vehicle using modern computerized inventory tracking. Utilize digital dispatch software to track part deliveries, manage job orders, and streamline daily scheduling. Uphold high standards of safety and craftsmanship while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
3 or more years of hands-on experience as a residential HVAC Service Technician. Possession of a valid EPA 608 Refrigerant Certification. Demonstrated experience diagnosing and servicing residential HVAC equipment including furnaces, AC units, and ductwork. Willingness to travel up to 20% within the local service area to complete field service calls. Strong communication skills necessary to explain technical repairs and estimates to residential clients.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Experience servicing boilers and water heaters
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive hourly wage ($42
