Job Summary We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively. The HVAC Technician will work both independently and as part of a team to ensure optimal performance of HVAC equipment. Responsibilities Install new HVAC systems and components according to specifications. Perform routine maintenance on heating and cooling systems to ensure efficiency. Troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment, including air conditioning units, furnaces, and ventilation systems. Knowledge of Boilers, Chillers, Air Handlers, Refrigeration, etc. Utilize diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters to assess system performance. Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients on-site. Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and installations. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all operations. Collaborate with other technicians and field service personnel to address complex issues. Experience Proven experience as an HVAC/R Technician or similar role in the field service industry. Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience in equipment repair and appliance maintenance. Familiarity with various HVAC systems, including residential and commercial units. Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams related to HVAC installations. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate a van for service calls. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in diagnosing issues.
