COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Starting Pay:

$23-$28/hour Placement within the range is based on previous experience, demonstrated skills, certifications, and overall qualifications.

WHAT YOU'LL LEARN

As an Apprentice Technician, you'll work alongside experienced professionals while developing skills in: HVAC preventative maintenance Furnace and air-conditioning service Heat pumps and mini-split systems Basic electrical troubleshooting Airflow and duct systems Boilers and hydronic heating Controls and thermostats Safe use of HVAC tools and test instruments Equipment installation and replacement Customer service and professional communication Service documentation and jobsite standards Our goal isn't to keep you an apprentice. Our goal is to help you develop into a capable, independent HVAC professional.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Previous HVAC experience is helpful, but it isn't required for the right candidate. We're looking for someone who: Is mechanically inclined and enjoys working with their hands Shows up on time and ready to work Wants to learn a skilled trade Accepts instruction and coaching Takes pride in quality workmanship Communicates professionally with coworkers and customers Can work safely in changing weather and jobsite conditions Has a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Can perform the physical requirements of HVAC and mechanical work Wants a career—not simply another temporary job Trade school, construction, maintenance, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, automotive, or other hands-on experience is a plus.
