Brakes Repair Technician - Union City, CA Great opportunity to work at a Union City, CA for an international manufacturing firm! Position requires mechanical experience ideally with autos, trucks, or heavy industrial equipment as well as common sense, a willing attitude and good work ethic.

Duties:

Disassemble equipment and clean as needed. Perform basic initial evaluation and inspection of equipment as assigned. Document evaluation finding and generate a Technician Evaluation Report. Routing of wires and installing crimp terminations and/or connectors as instructed by Sr. Personnel. Assist in testing equipment and recording test results. Perform component level testing as required. Interpret readings on gages, indicators, and dials. Perform scheduled and unscheduled preventative maintenance and calibration on equipment as instructed. Provide support and assistance to other technicians and team members, as directed, and any other duties as assigned by the Cell Leader or Sr. Personnel. Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment and ensure the compliance with the company's rules and policies.

Qualifications:

Must be able to use tools such as multi-meters, torque wrenches, etc. Read mechanical drawings. Experience with MS Office required.
