$100,000•$200,000 per year Job Details•We are currently seeking an experienced Permanent HVAC Mechanical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who is passionate about managing all aspects of HVAC projects, from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design-build and a proven track record in delivering high-quality HVAC projects on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
As an HVAC Mechanical Project Manager, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: 1. Managing and overseeing all aspects of HVAC projects, from initial planning to project closeout. 2. Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to design and implement effective HVAC systems. 3. Developing comprehensive project plans and schedules, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. 4. Coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. 5. Ensuring all work is performed in accordance with applicable codes, standards, and regulations. 6. Effectively communicating project status, issues, and risks to all stakeholders. 7. Identifying, managing, and mitigating project risks and issues. 8. Continuously improving project management processes and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness. 9. Ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality projects and addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must have the following: 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the HVAC or related industry. 2. Proven experience in managing design-build projects. 3. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, construction methods, and industry best practices. 4. Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management. 5. Strong leadership and team management skills. 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of an organization. 7. Proficiency in using project management software and tools. 8. A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred. 9. Professional Engineer (PE) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
