Job Description

Aire Serv of Upland
  • North Rancho Cucamonga is a growing, premium residential HVAC company serving the Inland Empire.
We're looking for an experienced Lead HVAC Install Technician who takes genuine pride in high-quality system installations and wants to build installs for the long haul. This is an install-focused role. You will be the person who owns the install from start to finish — running complete residential system replacements (condensers, furnaces, coils, ductwork, line sets) to a high standard, independently and cleanly. If your goal is to move away from install work and into service or office work, this is not the right fit — we're looking for someone who loves the craft of installing and wants to keep doing it. What you'll do:
  • Lead and complete full residential HVAC system installations (split systems, furnaces, coils, air handlers)
  • Run jobs independently with attention to quality, cleanliness, and customer experience
  • Read and execute install plans, pull and stage materials, and manage the job site
  • Represent a premium brand — professional, respectful, and tidy in customers' homes
  • Document work in ServiceTitan What we're looking for:
  • Proven experience leading residential HVAC installs independently (not just assisting)
  • Someone who genuinely wants to be installing systems day in and day out
  • EPA 608 certification (Universal preferred)
  • Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
  • Strong workmanship, reliability, and pride in a job done right
  • Ability to work in various conditions (attics, roofs, crawlspaces) and lift/handle equipment What we offer:
  • $31/hour (based on experience)
  • Company service truck provided
  • Full-time, year-round work with a growing company
  • A premium shop that values quality work and takes care of its people
  • Room to grow as we scale EPA 608 required.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
