This role is for someone who values doing the job right the first time—not cutting corners or rushing. You'll lead installations, set the standard for craftsmanship, and help deliver an exceptional customer experience. Duties Lead residential HVAC system installations from start to finish Ensure all installs meet code requirements, manufacturer specifications, and company quality standards Oversee and mentor install helpers to maintain efficiency and workmanship Communicate clearly with homeowners about the installation process and system operation Perform system start-ups, testing, and final walkthroughs with customers Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites Coordinate with the team to keep install schedules on track Use Housecall Pro to document jobs, upload photos, and complete checklists Deliver 5-star customer experiences and help generate positive reviews Requirements Minimum 3 years of HVAC installation experience (lead experience preferred) EPA certification preferred Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems, installation best practices, and code compliance Leadership ability with a focus on training and accountability Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Solid communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Reliable, team-oriented, and takes pride in their work Willingness to grow and represent the NextWave brand with professionalism
