You will install, service, and repair heating and air conditioning systems. Applicants must have minimum of 2-3 years of Install Lead experience. Must be well groomed, drug free, have a good driving record and be dependable. Wages depend on experience.
Responsibilities:
Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements Perform routine preventative maintenance Responding to emergency service requests Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields Familiarity with wiring diagrams Ability to handle physical workload Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills Installers and technicians work 8+ hours a day, Monday-Friday, with an occasional Saturday. Overtime is available approximately 12 to 16 weeks a year. Candidates must be able to work on ladders, in attics and crawl spaces. Must be open to learning and taking direction from management. It is important to have your EPA and Nate Certifications. It is required to have knowledge of installing furnaces, air conditioners, evaporative coolers, mini-splits, water heaters and boilers.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday On call Overtime Weekends as needed Year-round work

Driver's License (Required) EPA Type II (Required) NATE Certification (Preferred) Competencies This position requires strong time management skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service standards in stressful situations. This position requires the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written. This position requires a self-starter with excellent problem-solving, analytical skills and mechanical aptitude. Education and Experience This position requires a minimum of six months prior HVAC installation experience. Requires a high school diploma and/or any equivalent of education and experience to meet the essential functions of the job. Must have a valid driver's license and remain insurable under our company insurance policy.
