Therapist (LPCC, LPC, SWC, LCSW, MFTC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist) Arvada, CO 6275 Joyce Dr Suite 200, Arvada, CO 80403 $52-$60 per clinical hour $52 per clinical hour for pre-licensed therapists $60 per clinical hour for independently licensed therapists Help Build Something Meaningful. Rooted Rhythm is a rapidly growing pediatric and family mental health practice committed to bringing exceptional, relationship-based care to children, teens, adults, and families. Since opening in 2019, we've grown from one therapist to a team of more than 50 clinicians and staff and have served over 2,000 families. We're looking for compassionate, relationship-focused therapists who are passionate about helping children, adolescents, adults, and families thrive. Who We're Looking For We welcome both pre-licensed and independently licensed clinicians who are excited to join a collaborative, highly supportive team. Required Current Colorado license or registration (LPCC, LPC, SWC, LCSW, MFTC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist) Passion for working with children, adolescents, and/or families Strong clinical skills and excellent interpersonal communication Commitment to providing exceptional, relationship-based care Desire to learn, grow, and collaborate with a supportive team Preferred Experience working with children and teens Training or interest in play therapy, trauma treatment, EMDR, family systems, neurodiversity, or attachment-based approaches Spanish-speaking clinicians are encouraged to apply What You'll Do Provide high-quality outpatient therapy to children, teens, adults, and families Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Collaborate with families, schools, physicians, and community providers when appropriate Participate in weekly consultation and clinical training Grow professionally through ongoing supervision and continuing education Build meaningful, long-term therapeutic relationships What We Offer Flexible part-time or full-time schedule Competitive compensation Individual clinical supervision for pre-licensed therapists Weekly consultation and case collaboration Administrative support for scheduling, billing, credentialing, and insurance Beautiful office space Continuing education opportunities Leadership and career advancement opportunities Health insurance benefits beginning January 2027 A genuinely supportive, mission-driven culture About Rooted Rhythm At Rooted Rhythm, we believe healing happens through relationships.
