Earn $60-$70 per hour leading complex commercial and industrial refrigeration and HVACR service work throughout the Aurora, CO area. You'll receive a company vehicle for field operations, gas card, company phone, and tool account while handling advanced troubleshooting, customer support, commissioning, and technical leadership responsibilities. This is a field-based leadership role without direct supervisory duties, with opportunities to guide and mentor technicians while continuing to work hands-on with refrigeration, HVACR, electrical, plumbing, controls, and mechanical systems.
