Job Overview R & H Mechanical is hiring an Air Conditioning Installer to join our team. What You'll Do Install air conditioning systems in residential and light commercial settings Assist with system change-outs and new construction installs Install ductwork, condensers, air handlers, and related components Read and follow blueprints and installation specifications Ensure all work meets safety standards and local codes Maintain clean and organized job sites

What We're Looking For Apprentice:

Willingness to learn, strong work ethic, and reliability

Experienced Installer:

Proven HVAC installation experience Ability to use hand and power tools Good communication and teamwork skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred Qualifications EPA certification (or willingness to obtain) HVAC schooling or prior field experience Knowledge of installation best practices and codes Physical Requirements Ability to lift 50+ lbs Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and on ladders Ability to work in varying weather conditions

Pay:

$23.00 - $30.00 per hour
