What You'll Do You'll perform maintenance on residential HVAC equipment including: Furnaces, Air conditioners, Heat pumps, Mini-split systems, Other residential comfort equipment Identify potential concerns before they become costly breakdowns. Explain your findings in a way homeowners can easily understand. Recommend repairs, enhancements, and preventative solutions that improve comfort and extend equipment life. Complete accurate documentation, photos, and service notes. Deliver an exceptional client experience on every visit. Continue developing your diagnostic and technical skills through ongoing training. What We're Looking For You don't need to know everything, but you should be eager to learn. We're looking for someone who has: At least 6 months of residential HVAC maintenance experience Experience servicing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and mini-splits Basic diagnostic experience (preferred) A belief that preventative maintenance truly benefits homeowners Strong communication skills and the confidence to educate clients without pressure Pride in doing quality work, not just finishing quickly A positive attitude and willingness to grow EPA Certification (required) 2 positions available
