Our requirements are:

At least 2 years of HVAC tech Ability to drive a company vehicle Have working knowledge of Mini-splits, Furnaces, Air Conditioners (diagnosis and repair is necessary) Boiler Tech skills are a HUGE Plus if you have them Sales Skills are a HUGE benefit as well
