The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of HVAC systems. This role requires someone who is flexible, adaptable, and willing to contribute to the growth and development of the service department, including the ability to identify opportunities, provide accurate sales quotes, and perform the approved work. Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential and/or commercial HVAC systems
• Perform routine maintenance and system inspections
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control systems
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly with customers
• Prepare accurate repair and replacement quotes for customers
• Perform quoted work upon approval in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Ensure all work complies with local codes and safety standards
• Assist with departmental growth, including supporting new processes and team development
• Participate in on-call rotation as needed Qualifications
• Mechanical IV license or actively working toward it
• Minimum 5 years of HVAC service experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Ability to identify repair/replacement opportunities and present solutions to customers
• Ability to create accurate job estimates and execute the work
• Ability to adapt in a growing, fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and components
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• EPA certification required
• Strong customer service and communication skills Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with residential systems-Commercial a plus
• NATE certification a plus
