We are seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Installer to join our team here at Jim Needham Heating Cooling Plumbing Drain and Electrical. The Installer will be responsible for overseeing HVAC installation projects, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring high-quality work.

Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate HVAC installation projects from start to finish. Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential. Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical drawings. Conduct on-site assessments and provide recommendations for HVAC solutions. Train and supervise junior installers and apprentices. Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service. Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues as they arise.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC installation. Valid HVAC technician license and certifications. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and technologies. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy equipment. Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
