Your mission Own the service cycle: preventive maintenance, precise diagnostics, and effective repair. Commission new HVAC units, validate operation, and hand off to customers with confidence. Represent our brand with clear communication and excellent customer care. Support teammates to complete work efficiently and to high standards. Share responsibility in an after-hours on-call rotation. What sets you up for success Experience in HVAC service work. EPA Certification. Current driver's license.
