About the Role We are seeking a motivated HVAC Installer to join our employee-owned team. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of basic construction practices and can lead a crew with the installation and repair of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems in residential and light commercial settings. You will work closely with a team member to ensure quality workmanship and safe, efficient installations. What You'll Do Install HVAC systems according to specifications and local codes Assist with assembling, placing, and connecting HVAC equipment and components Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites at all times Provide clear and professional communication to customers Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on time What We're Looking For Construction or trade experience required; HVAC experience a plus Strong work ethic and genuine willingness to learn and grow in the trade Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment and materials as needed Reliable, punctual, and a team-first attitude Valid driver's license preferred Schedule Monday
