Sensible Heating & Cooling is seeking a motivated Lead HVAC Technician to join our growing organization, where you'll have the opportunity to work with a great team. Competitive Salary:
$35-$50/hr DOE, plus company vehicle and company benefits (health, dental, vision, PTO, profit sharing).

What You'll Do:
Install and/or service HVAC systems in a wide variety of homes. Install and/or service indoor air quality systems. Train on how to optimize systems for peak performance. Learn how to work on a wide variety of systems. Have the opportunity to build long-term relationships with your clients.
What We're Looking For:
Experience:
2-10 years of hands-on experience in installing and/or servicing HVAC systems.
Tools:
Must have tools appropriate for experience level. Some higher-level tools are provided by the company.
Skills:
Knowledge of safety practices on residential job sites. OSHA certifications are a plus. Knowledge of HVAC trade practices and applicable building codes. Ability to safely work with hand tools, power tools, and HVAC system diagnostic equipment. Written & Verbal Communication Skills.
Certifications:
EPA Certification for refrigerant handling is required. NATE Certification is a plus. Other industry certifications are a plus.
Soft Skills:
Desire to Succeed. Strong attention to detail. Well-organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently and with a team. Strong leadership skills. Excellent Time Management Skills.
Additional Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 70 pounds. Valid driver's license and insurable driving record for operation of company vehicle. Clean background check.
