What You'll Do Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems Service furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless systems, and related equipment Run warranty calls and provide professional, solution-focused service Perform maintenance inspections and catch potential issues before they become major problems Clearly explain findings, repair options, and recommendations to homeowners Deliver excellent customer experience on every call Accurately document work performed, materials used, and recommendations Follow company safety procedures and local code requirements Keep your service vehicle clean, organized, and ready to go Represent Tuscan with professionalism, pride, and integrity What We're Looking For Residential HVAC service experience preferred EPA certification Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong troubleshooting skills with electrical, refrigeration, airflow, and mechanical systems Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, punctual, and professional Comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, and other residential jobsite conditions Able to lift equipment and perform the physical duties of the job What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience 2-6% commission opportunities on eligible sales and approved upgrades Steady, year-round work Company vehicle and fuel card Paid training and ongoing technical development Opportunities for advancement Supportive team environment A company culture that respects skilled tradespeople A team that cares about quality, customers, and each other Why This Role Stands Out As a Residential HVAC Service Technician, you'll be the trusted expert homeowners count on when their comfort is on the line.
