Job Description

Sensible Heating & Cooling is seeking a motivated Lead HVAC Installer to join our growing organization, where you'll have the opportunity to work with a great team. $32-$48/hr DOE, plus company vehicle and company benefits (health, dental, vision, PTO, profit sharing).

What You'll Do:
Install HVAC systems in a wide variety of homes. Install indoor air quality systems. Train on how to optimize systems for peak performance. Learn how to work on a wide variety of systems.
What We're Looking For:
Experience :
Minimum 2-5 years of hands-on experience in installing HVAC systems.
Tools:
Must have basic hand tools.
Skills :
Knowledge of HVAC trade practices and applicable building codes. Ability to work with hand tools, power tools, and HVAC system diagnostic equipment. Written & Verbal Communication Skills.
Certifications :
EPA Certification for refrigerant handling. NATE Certification is a plus.
Soft Skills :
Desire to Succeed. Strong attention to detail. Well-organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently and with a team. Strong leadership skills. Excellent Time Management Skills.
Additional Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 70 pounds. Valid driver's license and insurable driving record for operation of company vehicle. Clean background check.
