  • 300K) We are seeking a highly technical, polished Account Executive to join the sales team at one of our clients in Denver.
This is a well-established company who is a major player in the market focusing on high-end commercial and mission-critical work. What You Will Do:
Be a trusted, technical advisor for a group of accounts focused on commercial HVAC systems, mechanical services, and complex building environments. Sell HVAC r etrofits, upgrades, and large complex solutions selling within mission critical systems and high-end commercial buildings Prospect within existing customer base to effectively manage accounts and identify opportunities Problem-solve customer needs by using your technical knowledge and presenting tailored value-based solutions.
What we are looking for:
5+ years of experience in HVAC commercial systems, either in a sales role, or in a technical role such as an Engineer or Techincian 5+ years of sales experience, preferably related to mechanical/HVAC systems in complex buildings Strong technical knowledge of HVAC euipment (i.e. AHU's, VAV's, boilers, chillers etc.) and how central plants operate and components integrate to serve the building Ability to engage and communicate effectively with executive-level decision makers (CEOs, Directors, Owners, Facility Managers) Highly motivated, disciplined, and resilient with the ability to thrive in a performance-based environment Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to build trust quickly and handle objections professionally A true self-starter who is driven by accountability, activity, and uncapped earning potential This is a challenging and rewarding role within a highly respected design-build organization.
