The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in HVAC systems, with a strong understanding of mechanical codes and standards, or experience in multi family or commercial construction.

Responsibilities where applicable:

Knowledge of and supervision of install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems. Ensure all work complies with local and national codes. Conduct system diagnostics and troubleshoot HVAC equipment when applicable. Collaborate with other technicians and team members to deliver high-quality service. Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies. Provide professionalism in customer service. Familiar with multi family desired.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of HVAC experience desired. Strong knowledge of HVAC principles and operations. Ability to read blueprints and technical documents. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and customer service skills. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
