We are looking for a dependable, experienced HVAC Service Technician / Installer to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who is confident working independently, takes pride in quality workmanship, and can handle everything from installations and wire-ins to troubleshooting and service calls. What You'll Do Perform HVAC installations, replacements, and change-outs Complete wire-ins and electrical connections for HVAC equipment Diagnose and repair heating and air conditioning systems Perform routine maintenance and preventative service Respond to residential and/or commercial service calls Troubleshoot system performance and identify necessary repairs Communicate with customers professionally and explain recommended repairs Maintain accurate service records and job documentation Keep the company truck, tools, and equipment clean and organized Follow all company safety procedures and applicable codes What We're Looking For HVAC experience with strong troubleshooting and repair skills Experience with installations and wire-ins Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently Good customer service and communication skills Valid driver's license and clean driving record Reliable transportation to and from the shop/work location Ability to lift equipment and work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and other job-site conditions EPA certification preferred HVAC licensing or certifications are a plus What We Offer Company truck provided for work Competitive pay based on experience Supportive team environment
