As a HVAC Facilities Technician, you will be part of the Engineering and Technical Services department supporting maintenance and operational excellence. $35.00 What's the Job? Maintain mechanical and electrical equipment for complex HVAC systems through proactive testing and scheduled maintenance Install, repair, and calibrate control systems used for building heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration Conduct routine inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations Troubleshoot equipment failures and recommend modifications or repairs Lead team members in daily tasks and support general maintenance activities as needed What's Needed? High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 5-7 years of relevant experience EPA Universal License and valid driver's license Strong understanding of HVAC systems, basic plumbing, and electrical troubleshooting skills Physical ability to perform tasks involving stooping, standing, walking, and lifting loads over 50 lbs Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills What's in it for me?
