Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC, management, and customer service. This role requires a hands-on approach to ensure optimal performance of heating and cooling systems in residential and commercial settings while managing a team of technicians. Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair air conditioning units, refrigeration systems, and heating equipment for both residential and commercial properties. 50% in office 50% out in the field Dispatch service technicians by right tech right call Create service quotes Obtain notes on service calls for technicians Drive service vans to job sites while adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs. Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems Be the point of contact for technicians Diagnose mechanical faults in HVAC systems Ensure system performance complies with safety and efficiency standards. Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance. Record work performed and parts used. Respond to emergency maintenance calls. Follow blueprints and HVAC designs. Comply with local HVAC codes and regulations. Requirements Proven experience as an HVAC Technician Background in management, office admin, sales, dispatch, and customer service (preferred) Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to repair various types of equipment. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for van driving responsibilities. Certification in HVAC Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
