Job Summary:

We are looking for an HVAC Service Technician with a minimum of 5 years of field experience to join our team. The ideal candidate is confident diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of residential and light commercial HVAC systems. This position requires strong technical skills, professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly with customers and the office team. We are looking for someone who can work independently, accurately diagnose system issues, recommend appropriate solutions, and complete work with a high standard of quality. Key Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heating and cooling systems Perform HVAC service, maintenance, and repairs Service furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, rooftop units, mini-splits, and other HVAC equipment Perform system inspections and identify equipment or performance issues Clearly explain findings, repair options, and recommendations to customers Provide accurate information for repair and replacement estimates Complete detailed job notes, photos, and required service documentation Communicate with dispatch and management throughout the workday Maintain an organized and professional company vehicle Properly manage tools, equipment, and materials Follow company procedures and all applicable safety standards Provide professional and respectful customer service on every job Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of HVAC service experience Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Experience working with a variety of HVAC systems and equipment Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical manuals Strong understanding of electrical components and HVAC controls Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently Dependable, organized, and accountable Valid driver's license and clean driving record EPA certification preferred ServiceTitan experience is a plus Compensation $45.00
