Job Overview At Tryg Group the HVAC Service Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings. This role requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a focus on providing exceptional service. Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair heating, cooling, and ventilation systems Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment Troubleshoot and diagnose issues to determine necessary repairs or replacements Communicate effectively with clients to explain service needs and recommendations Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and inventory Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards during all service activities Stay current on HVAC technologies, trends, and best practices Any other duties as the Director of Operations sees fit Qualifications 4 + years of HVAC service experience EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License Low Voltage License

•Desired Work form 28' extension ladder and 12' step ladder Operate scissors and genie lifts in safe manner Familiar with air balancing principles and techniques Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs. Valid driver's license and insurable driving record Certification of completion from an HVAC Technical School
