Priority Heating & Plumbing | Denver Metro Area Priority Heating & Plumbing is looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team in the Denver Metro area. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled technician who enjoys both diagnosing and servicing residential HVAC systems and helping homeowners identify the right solutions for their comfort needs . The ideal candidate has 5+ years of residential HVAC service experience , a strong sales background, and the ability to confidently transition from a service call into presenting repair and replacement options when appropriate. What You'll Do Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems Perform routine service and maintenance calls with professionalism and attention to detail Identify system issues and clearly explain repair and replacement options to homeowners Recommend appropriate HVAC solutions based on customer needs and system condition Generate sales opportunities through quality service and customer education Build trust and rapport with homeowners while providing an exceptional customer experience Accurately document service calls, recommendations, and completed work Maintain a clean, professional appearance and work environment Participate in a rotating weekend schedule Maintain a flexible schedule based on customer and business needs What We're Looking For 5+ years of residential HVAC service experience Strong background in in-home HVAC sales or service-to-sales Comfortable performing routine service calls while also confidently selling repairs, upgrades, and replacement solutions Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to earn Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Lennox experience is a plus Compensation & Benefits Commission-based compensation Expected annual earnings of $80,000-$150,000+ No cap on commission earnings Company vehicle Company gas card Company-provided iPad Medical, dental, and vision coverage available Flexible scheduling Weekend rotation required Opportunity to significantly increase earnings based on performance If you're an experienced residential HVAC technician who can diagnose the problem, build trust with the homeowner, and confidently sell the right solution , we'd love to hear from you.
