• 35•55 BOE The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician in the Louisville, CO area for a commercial mechanical contractor with a strong service footprint.

This is a hands-on field role for a technician who enjoys solving problems, working independently, and delivering dependable service to commercial customers. The right candidate will be comfortable troubleshooting systems, communicating clearly, and representing the company professionally on every call. What You'll Do Service, diagnose, and repair commercial HVAC systems in the field Perform preventative maintenance on rooftop units, split systems, and package units Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and controls-related issues Inspect systems, identify failures, and recommend repairs Maintain accurate service records and documentation Communicate with customers and internal team members in a professional manner Follow safety procedures and company standards on every job What You Bring 3-5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills Knowledge of HVAC systems and controls EPA certification preferred Valid driver's license Ability to work independently and manage a service schedule Why It's Worth It This role offers competitive pay, full benefits, a take-home company vehicle, tools, uniforms, and ongoing training.
