Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties. The HVAC Installer will be responsible for ensuring that all installations meet industry standards and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Install air conditioning units, heating systems, and refrigeration equipment according to specifications. Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to determine the layout of HVAC systems. Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance. Diagnose and repair issues with HVAC units, including ammonia refrigeration systems. Collaborate with property maintenance teams to address HVAC-related concerns. Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot problems. Ensure compliance with safety regulations during installation and maintenance tasks. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs. Experience Proven experience in HVAC installation or a related field is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge and skills related to building and maintaining HVAC systems. Familiarity with property maintenance practices is a plus. Ability to plumb and perform basic electrical work related to HVAC installations is advantageous. A solid understanding of air conditioning principles and refrigeration cycles is essential.
