Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM-2:30 PM | Monthly On-Call Rotation X3 is hiring an experienced Commercial HVAC / Service Technician for commercial and service projects throughout the Denver metro area. We are open to candidates with either an HVAC or electrical background who have hands-on experience with thermostats, controls, troubleshooting, and commercial systems . This is a direct-hire position with a company vehicle provided. Why You'll Want This Job $50,000-$120,000/year based on experience and qualifications Company work truck provided with take-home privileges Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM Weekly Pay Direct Hire PTO Monthly on-call rotation, approximately 1 week per month What You'll Do Install, troubleshoot, and service commercial HVAC systems Work with thermostats, controls, and related equipment Troubleshoot HVAC and electrical issues Read blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams Perform routine commercial service work Communicate with customers, coworkers, and project teams Follow all job-site safety requirements Participate in the monthly on-call rotation Complete other duties as assigned What You Need 2+ years of recent commercial HVAC or electrical service experience Hands-on experience with thermostats and controls Strong troubleshooting skills Valid driver's license Clean driving record/MVR Basic hand tools Reliable transportation to job sites Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen Ability to pass E-Verify Strong communication and teamwork skills Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Ready to Get Started?
