Position Overview We're hiring an experienced Residential HVAC Installer to join our growing install team. You'll be responsible for installing high-quality residential HVAC systems while representing the Major brand with professionalism and pride. What You'll Be Doing Install residential HVAC systems including: Furnaces Air conditioners Heat pumps Boilers (a plus) Ductwork and related components Follow manufacturer specs, mechanical codes, and company install standards Read and interpret install layouts and job documentation Communicate clearly with homeowners and internal teams Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site Take ownership of workmanship and quality What We're Looking For 2+ years residential HVAC installation experience (preferred) Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to work independently or as part of a crew EPA Certification (required) Valid driver's license with clean driving record Pride in your work and a team-first mindset Pay & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience Overtime opportunities Health insurance options Dental & vision insurance Paid time off (PTO) Paid holidays Retirement plan options Company vehicle (position dependent) Ongoing training and advancement opportunities Why Major?
