The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that HVAC systems are installed and maintained efficiently, on time, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and technical skills, as well as a thorough understanding of HVAC systems and project management principles. Responsibilities and Duties 1. Project Planning and Coordination Ensure project plans are met, including schedule, budget and quality. Coordinate with customers, contractors and suppliers. Conduct site assessments and inspections to determine challenges and needs of project. 2. Scheduling and Resource allocation Create and maintain project schedules. Ensure labor, materials and equipment is coordinated per project schedule. 3.
Team Leadership:
Lead and supervise project teams, including HVAC technicians, subcontractors, and other personnel. Provide guidance, support, and performance feedback to team members. 4. Quality Control Ensure all work is performed to high-quality standards and complies with relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards. Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to identify and address any issues promptly. 5.
Post-Project Evaluation:
Conduct project reviews to evaluate performance, identify lessons learned, and recommend improvements for future projects. Ensure proper handover of completed projects to clients and provide necessary training or support.
