What You'll Do Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems Service furnaces, AC systems, heat pumps, air handlers, and controls Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting Complete maintenance visits and system evaluations Clearly explain findings and repair options to homeowners Complete professional repairs and verify system performance Accurately document completed work Maintain a clean, professional company vehicle Deliver an excellent customer experience What We're Looking For Required Active Connecticut S-2 Unlimited Heating, Piping & Cooling Journeyperson License EPA Section 608 certification Strong residential HVAC service and diagnostic experience Excellent electrical and mechanical troubleshooting ability Experience with furnaces, AC systems, heat pumps, controls, airflow, and refrigeration Strong homeowner communication skills Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Highly Valued EPA Universal certification NATE certification OSHA training ServiceTitan experience Heat-pump expertise Experience mentoring apprentices or junior technicians Professional, accountable, leadership-minded approach Why Join Us?
