Top Techs Earn $100K+ | 100% Company-Paid Health Insurance | Year-Round Work About the Role Degree Heating & Cooling is looking for a Licensed HVAC Service Technician to diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems for homeowners across Central Connecticut. If you want steady, year-round work and a company that invests in its techs, this is a great next step. What You'll Do Diagnose and repair residential furnaces, AC units, heat pumps, and air handlers Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections Communicate clearly with homeowners about findings and recommendations Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment What We're Looking For Active Connecticut HVAC license required (D2, S1, S2, or S10 - any one) 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred Strong diagnostic and customer service skills Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record Active CT HVAC license required — D2, S1, S2, or S10 (any one).
