Superior Skilled Trades is seeking an HVAC Service Technician (RT) in the Palmer, MA area!

$35.00-$55.00/hour (based on experience)
HOURS:
8-hour workdays (40 hours per week) Overtime Available
SCHEDULE
Monday - Friday; 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

HVAC Service Technician Job Description:
Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and operate commercial HVAC systems for commercial customers throughout Western and Central Massachusetts
Diagnose and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment
Perform preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC systems
Keep all required trade licenses and certifications current
Follow EPA Section 608 regulations and all applicable federal, state, and local safety requirements
Attend required safety training and follow all company safety policies and procedures
Utilize required PPE while servicing and repairing HVAC systems
Interact professionally with customers while maintaining a clean and professional appearance
Work overtime and weekends as business demands require
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications for
HVAC Service Technician:
Current Massachusetts Refrigeration Technician License required
EPA 608 Universal Certification required
Commercial HVAC service and troubleshooting experience required
Clean driving record required
Massachusetts Oil Burner Technician Certificate preferred but not required
Strong diagnostic, repair, and customer service skills
Additional Requirements for
HVAC Service Technician:
Must be eligible to work in the United States
Must pass a drug screen and background check
Must have reliable transportation and a clean driving record
Must be able to regularly lift up to 50 lbs., occasionally lift up to 100 lbs., and seldom lift over 100 lbs.
Must be able to walk, stand, climb ladders and stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and work in commercial mechanical environments
Must be able to maintain a clean, professional appearance and follow all required safety practices
