We're looking for an experienced, licensed Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our growing Connecticut team. From preventative maintenance and emergency service calls to complete rooftop unit replacements and equipment upgrades, you'll work on a wide range of commercial HVAC projects while building your career with an industry leader. What You'll Do Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC equipment, including rooftop units, split systems, unit heaters, and associated controls. Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on commercial HVAC systems. Remove and replace commercial rooftop HVAC units, including equipment changeouts and retrofit projects. Assist with equipment start-ups and commissioning following installation. Identify repair and replacement opportunities while providing professional recommendations to customers. Complete electronic service documentation accurately and on time. Maintain a strong commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction. Participate in an on-call rotation. Qualifications Valid Connecticut D1, D2, S1, or S2 HVAC License (Required) EPA Universal Certification preferred. Minimum of three (3) years of commercial HVAC service experience preferred. Strong electrical, refrigeration, and mechanical troubleshooting skills. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently while managing multiple service calls. Benefits Competitive salary of $65,000
