About the Role Degree Heating & Cooling is looking for an experienced Licensed HVAC Lead Installer to join our growing team in Glastonbury, CT. You'll lead residential HVAC installations, mentor junior installers, and deliver high-quality work homeowners can depend on for years to come. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and meet all company motor vehicle insurance requirements to be authorized to operate a company vehicle. Service area includes Glastonbury, Hartford, Manchester, Wethersfield, Rocky Hill, Middletown, Newington, and surrounding Central Connecticut communities.
