Since 1973, Swan Associates has been a trusted, family-owned manufacturer's representative for leading commercial HVAC equipment manufacturers. Our service team installs, maintains, starts up, and repairs some of the industry's most advanced HVAC systems throughout Connecticut and Western Massachusetts. What You'll Do Perform preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC equipment. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a wide variety of commercial HVAC systems. Perform equipment start-ups and commissioning. Install commercial HVAC equipment and related components. Respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner. Complete detailed service documentation and work orders. Ensure equipment operates according to manufacturer specifications. Build strong relationships by providing exceptional customer service. Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and office staff. Stay current on manufacturer products through ongoing factory and in-house training. Qualifications Valid driver's license (required). Must reside in Connecticut or Massachusetts. Commercial HVAC and refrigeration service experience. Technical school or trade school certificate required. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities. Ability to work independently while providing outstanding customer service. Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation (approximately every five weeks). OSHA 10 Certification is preferred but not required. EPA Certification and applicable HVAC licensing are preferred.
