Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Heating Technician to join our team. As a Heating Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating systems in residential settings. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Install new heating systems according to specifications
• Perform routine maintenance on heating units including annual tune-ups of oil burning equipment.
• Diagnose and repair malfunctions in heating systems
• Conduct inspections to identify potential issues or areas of improvement
• Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns
• Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations

Experience:

To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills and qualifications:

• Proven experience as a heating Technician or similar role
• Strong knowledge of heating systems
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and design plans
• Mechanical knowledge and ability to perform equipment repairs
• Familiarity with property maintenance practices
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record)
• Need Medical Card
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
