Job Description

In this role you will be responsible for performing installation, repair and maintenance on a variety of equipment including air conditioning, heating units, heat pumps, gas and oil boilers and oil & gas furnaces. This position requires a Connecticut Journeyman S2, B2, or a D2 license, excellent verbal and written communication, multi-tasking, organizational and time management skills. You will get to demonstrate your professionalism, flexibility, teamwork, and great people skills in working with a diverse residential customer base. Pay scale is BOE. Do you currently hold a B2 or a D2 license? We will help you reach the next licensing level for the state of Connecticut. What You'll Actually Be Doing Clean and service units on maintenance calls Trouble shooting and repairing heating and cooling equipment. Perform system evaluations and explaining solutions clearly to homeowners Use a structured process that helps you succeed (not scripts that make you sound robotic) Deliver a professional experience that builds trust—and repeat business Assisting with duct cleaning and/or duct sealing.
