Your New Role Work as an HVAC Installer in Stratford, CT, serving Fairfield County. Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including central air conditioners, heat pumps, and geothermal systems. Complete HVAC system replacements, retrofits, and new equipment installations. Install air distribution and ventilation systems. Installation of refrigerant and condensate lines is a plus. Ensure installations meet applicable local codes, safety requirements, and manufacturer specifications. Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and professional job site. Provide excellent customer and contractor communication.
