• About the Role American Heating Service is hiring an experienced HVAC Service & Installation Technician to join our growing team.

This is a full-time field position working on residential and light commercial oil, gas, central air, and ductless mini-split systems . Responsibilities Diagnose, repair & maintain HVAC systems (oil, gas, AC, mini-splits) Perform annual tune-ups and preventive maintenance Install heating & cooling systems and related components Communicate findings and recommendations to customers Track jobs using mobile dispatch system (training provided) Follow CT codes and company safety standards Represent the company with professionalism and customer care Requirements 3+ years of HVAC field tech experience preferred (service or installation) EPA Universal Certification (or ability to obtain) Valid CT driver's license with clean driving record Strong troubleshooting & communication skills Able to work independently and manage daily schedule
