Maintenance Tech Requirements

EPA Section 608 Type II or Universal Certification
Valid Driver's License
Minimum 2 years of HVAC experience preferred
Willingness to thrive and grow within the company
Perform all tasks with proficiency and time management
Safely operate company truck to and from job sites
Display professionalism when interacting with customers
Ability to execute complete tear down and reassembly of multiple HVAC components for thorough cleaning
Ability to test components, identify and document excessive wear
Ability to keep proficient records of work performed including before and after pictures as well as fulfilling the maintenance sheet provided Advancement opportunities with job site/classroom training after 1 year of employment
