Job Description

We are a Veteran-owned and operated, small family business that has been in business since 1989, working in Delaware and the Eastern shore of Maryland. Responsibilities Install a variety of HVAC system types including: Air Conditioners, Furnaces, Heat Pumps, Ductless, Geothermal, and Hot Water Heaters, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency after start-up. Read and interpret schematics to install and troubleshoot issues effectively. Collaborate with construction teams to integrate HVAC systems into building designs. Utilize mechanical knowledge to diagnose and resolve air conditioning and refrigeration problems. Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards while on the job. Relay accurate information to company owner/comfort advisor regarding job status' daily and provide office personnel with job site equipment information tags upon job completion Be knowledgable of technology and utilize dispatching program including uploading debriefs and job photos.
