Job Description
Core Accountabilities (What You'll Be Doing) Operate and maintain utility systems—including ammonia refrigeration, HVAC, boilers, and compressed air—to ensure continuous facility operations Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections to ensure reliability and compliance Monitor and optimize equipment performance, including energy efficiency of ammonia compressors and boiler systems Maintain safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance, including PSM/RMP documentation and GMP standards Coordinate internal and external resources to complete maintenance activities and support system uptime Support emergency response efforts involving hazardous materials and utility system failures Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table) Blue Seal Ammonia experience Boiler experience
