- 50% up to 5% Company Paid Life and AD&D Short and Long-Term Disability and other Supplemental Insurance offerings Employee Discounts through the Tickets at Work Program What you will be doing: Reading and comprehending drawings, scopes & equipment submittals Knowledgeable of local mechanical codes for estimating & inspections Estimates for job pricing, material takeoffs and ordering to complete the job Layout of duct work for install and coordination with other trades Installation of sheet metal, fibrous board and flex duct, dampers, and air devices Measuring & drawing up sheet metal duct fittings to be ordered Hanging/setting of exhaust fans, louvers, units & other mechanical equipment Hanging of copper, PVC & piping hangers for refrigerant, condensate & CHW piping Insulation of ductwork with exterior fiberglass wrap Low voltage control wiring for thermostats, dampers, heaters, and other control devices Copper brazing and equipment startup Daily communication of work completed through company tablet What you need for this position: 4+ years of experience within the HVAC trade Must have EPA certification Refrigeration knowledge Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations Able to work independently Must be able to pass a criminal background check and pass an on site drug test Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver's license ConServ Building Services was founded in 1991, as the service division of BCH Mechanical.
