HVAC Installer / Installation Crew - 1099 Subcontractor DreamCor Construction & AC is looking for an experienced HVAC Installer or Installation Crew to work with us on a subcontractor basis for residential and light commercial installations. This is NOT a full-time position. We are looking to build a relationship with a reliable 1099 installer or crew that we can call for installation projects as needed.

Service Area:

Pompano Beach to Jupiter and surrounding areas Must have experience with: Air handler installation and replacement Condenser installation and replacement Complete split-system changeouts Package units Refrigerant piping/line sets Drain lines and proper condensate setup HVAC electrical connections System start-up and testing Attic installations

Requirements:

Proven HVAC installation experience Must be fully capable of installing and replacing air handlers Must carry your own liability insurance Must provide your own tools and transportation Reliable and responsive Professional appearance and conduct when working at customer properties Clean, organized workmanship Must take pride in doing the job correctly — quality is extremely important to us We are looking for someone who understands that a good installation isn't just getting the equipment running. We expect clean, professional installations that meet code and manufacturer requirements and minimize callbacks. We are open to working with either an individual installer or an established installation crew.

Compensation:

Paid per job / subcontract basis. Pricing will depend on the scope of the installation.
