Superior Skilled Trades is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to perform service and maintenance work on commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems throughout the Tampa area. The technician will respond to service calls, troubleshoot equipment issues, perform repairs and maintenance, and provide professional customer service at commercial job sites. Qualifications for

Commercial HVAC Service Technician:

Minimum 7 years of commercial HVAC service experience Strong experience with commercial HVAC service and refrigeration Chiller experience is a plus Retrofit and installation experience is a plus Must have a clean driving record Must be customer-friendly and able to interact professionally with customers Must be comfortable troubleshooting and servicing commercial HVAC equipment Position requires the use of PPE, including: Steel-Toe work boots, safety vest, hard hat, safety glasses, and gloves. Must have standard HVAC hand tools and gauges Additional Requirements for
